Bearly-Mine Challenge - "Tic Tac Toe"

Hi everyone and hope you all ok..

 

Today is the start of a new challenge at Bearly-Mine Challenges.  The challenge is called Tic Tac Toe.  For my DT card I have used Vintage Fantasy digi papers and the image is called Forever Valentine.

 

 pro markers, liquid pearls, x cut flower dies, tim holtz on the edge doily die, cheery lynn fanciful flourish, tonic punch, dew drop ink.
