Buckwell's Crafty Challenge - "Flowers"

Rory's Tender Loving Care

Hi everyone and hope you all ok..

I had a lovely morning the other day and managed to get in my craft room and yes i made 2 cards, well id already had this imaged coloured. So happy and have now realised what iv been missing and why i love making cards.

This is one of the cards and one of my posh cards as i added lots of flowers again and had to make a box for it. I call then posh when they have there own boxes. Made this card for my mum so she can give it to my MIL for her Birthday in March, getting in front again but March will be here in a few days.

I used this so cute image from Lacy Sunshine called Rory's Tender Loving Care and made it a pretty bright cheerful card.

Backing papers used from CD Rom are called Flower Swirl and Micro Dots

For round the edge of the image i used white Spiral Stamens that i stretch out, they look like micro beads now.

Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge

Hi everyone and hope you all ok..

Sorry again, iv been a naughty blogger and been away. Where dose the time go just lately and it was only yesterday that i realised that we nearly at the end of February already. Think this must be the longest iv not done a post, or nearly the longest. Its life as always and have been busy will the shop having a bit of a sort out and i must say that there has been a big drop in prices on nearly everything in store. Think the bargains can be found in the cutting die's. Hopefully a few more day and should be back to normal. Please bare with me again, will come and see you.

Well less of me going on as i have this card to show you and you can find this over at Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Challenge. The challenge is to make a Christmas Card with the theme is "feature a creature" so its any creature, large or small, feathered or furred, with wings or without its up to you.

Scruffy Little Cat's Chelsea

Hi everyone and hope you all ok.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend and the sun was out where you are. We now have a fence in our back garden. So happy now and they did a good job putting it up plus they took away all the bricks from the wall and cleared up after themselves. We just got to finish putting up two more bits of trellis to make it a bit higher as they only put up 4ft fence panels. Just happy as feel a bit safer now knowing that people cant just walk in from the park plus our Nin can have a play out there now. 

Less of me going on about a fence and now i have to show you a love card id say as its got lots of hearts and i have gone for the classy greys and black thyme this time plus its on the CAS side.

Crimson Moon

Hi everyone and hope you all ok..

So happy as i managed to get in my craft room and made this card today. But im more than happy as we had a delivery of fence panels and fingers crossed the weather ok tomorrow they will be starting to put the fence up. YES...i will feel so much safer and no more doggies in the garden. Our poor Nin wonders why she has different smells in her garden.

For my card iv used this beautiful image from Ching-Chou called Crimson Moon and with all the red about as we coming up to Valentines id thought id go for the red and black with a bit of cerise to.

Sylvie and Samson with The Paper Wall

Hi everyone and hope you all ok and keeping warm...im writing this with my hat and scarf on and not forgetting me vest, 2 jumpers and cardigan. The heating's on but im still cold.

I just had to make and show you this card using The Paper Wall backing papers. Wall the on this paper is standing not like ours. Ours is still laying there waiting so just had to use the papers and this image by Oddball Art called Sylvie and Samson Go For A Walk. Its like when i take our Nin for a walk. Its our poor Nin now who's having to be watched when we let her our in the garden but she's a good girl and wouldn't run off. Not worried about Nin getting out its others coming in as we back onto a park. Fingers crossed its sorted soon.

Today i have to show you a card that i have made using Scruffy Little Cat image called Chanel. Not sure why but just lately im having problems with taking photos of some of my cards. On the camera screen they look fine but then when on pc they look a bit on the dark side. Think it had a lot do do with our weather at the time i took this photo, all dark and gloomy. The green on these papers are brighter than they look here. Least its been a bit brighter the last few days but its still a bit chilly..
