My 1st DT post for Brealy-Mine Challenges

Clean and Simple card

Hi everyone, hope you all ok and had a great weekend..

This is just a quick post today but really i can't tell you much about my card as it is a clean and simple one id say...The image is a digi image and was a freebie from some where but i can not remember where i downloaded it from. I'm going to find out as think is great image for a man's card and i do struggle making men's cards.

Had to make this card as its my step dad's birthday on the 3rd of May..All i have done is mat and layered on to a wine and black card. Added a few black gems then done faux stitching round the edge and the happy birthday sentiment..

Little Claires Mary

Hi everyone, hope you all ok and had a great weekend..

 I would like to say a big thank you for all the well wishes for hubby's mum, she was so happy when i told her, said you are all lovely, kind and caring and that i had to thank you.. She still got to have more test done in a few weeks when she has built up her strength a bit as still not right but a lot better then she was..

 

As we back to normal now, will i ever be lol i have got a few cards done after having to find my craft mojo again..

I have used one of Little Claires stamps and she is called Cutie Patooties Mary The papers i have used are called Floral Breeze and Mini Dots and you can find them at Bearly-Mine Designs and i am having fun using these digi papers as they are all gorgeous so its hard to choose. I have took the sketch from this months challenge at Little Claires designs.

Had to say YES.....

Hi everyone, hope you all ok.

I have some exciting news to share with you..I applied for a DT position the other week at Bearly-Mine Challenges and i was so chuffed when i had a invite to join there design team and i just had to say yes as i shall be working with Donna's amazing Digital papers and yes they are all beautiful.
 Really i am new to digital images and now papers but if i can do it anyone can do it as its so easy to  download them then you can play about with the sizes and  just print what you want of but me i just had to print them all offff.  I have sized mine so they fit straight onto the right size card i use.

Hope you will come and join in with our  great challenges and you will get to see my 1st DT card on the 30th April..

Back in a few days

Hi everyone, hope you all ok and had a good week..

Shall be back in a few days once iv got back up to speed with things. Picked hubby's my up from hospital Thursday and she's a lot better now but still not herself yet. She's got to go back in a few weeks for more test so fingers crossed they can get her sorted now..

Its good to be home now so be coming to see what you all bin up to soon plus iv got some great news to tell you..

Sugar Nellie- Fairy Tale

Hi everyone, hope you all ok..
Hubby's mum on the mend now, getting better. Still bad but not as bad as what they thought it was...  Mum has a really bad water infection that has infected her kidneys plus has a collapsed lung.. They pumping her with antibiotics and fluids so on the mend but think she be in hospital for a bit yet..Least today she was siting and standing up..
Like to show you what i got done the other day with the inspiration of a few challenges that i would like to enter.. Coloured then cut Fairy Tales out and mounted with foam pads..

DT card for Sweet Pea Stampers

Hi everyone, hope you all ok.. Sorry I'm posting this late.

It is time for another challenge over at the Sweet Pea Stampers challenge blog.  The challenge this month is support your favourite charity..

For my card i have used Karen Middleton's Kitten heart  rubber stamp which is also available as a digi. I have made the card to support the RSPCA as i have used Karen's cute kitten. I stamped the image coloured with pro markers then cut both the kitten in the box and heart out them added on to a x cut die circle with foam pads.

Mum not well

Hi everyone....this is just a quick one to let you no that i might not be about as much for a bit as my mother in law got rushed into hospital yesterday  afternoon as very ill, think she has pancreitus but will find out more this afternoon...we are looking after father in law as he is disabled and need 24 hour care. I'm not on my laptop at min but hoping to get my laptop later as all my photos etc are on it...When i get it i shall be back and post my DT card for Sweet Pea Stampers as today its the start of this month challenge...Hopefully be back later...Hugs Lozzy xx

I had a good crafty weekend so did get a few cards made and this is the last one that i got done. Cotton Reel Carousel

Hi everyone, hope you all ok..

This is the carousel that i said about that hubby's mum was making with her cotton reel..We didn't get anywhere with the competition but its all about taking part and was for charity and i did enjoy making me flowers..

Hannah Lynn's Heather stamp

Hi everyone, hope you all having a good weekend...

Here is  my new rubber stamp that i order from Crafts and Me and she is called Heather. The papers are from Papermania and think they are called Parkstone Pink?. Flowers are from WOC and i need to order some more as getting a bit low. Cheery Lynn fanciful flourish and a Woodware punch for the leaves. Tim Holtz butterfly that i cut down then add White Opal Liquid Pearls and a bit of Angel Pink Memento ink on the edges. The fancy corner is from a Provo Craft die.....
